Today, I&#8217;m excited because I have my friend on as a special guest, her name is Jillian Laudano, she&#8217;s a personal transformation coach, energy healer, speaker, and hosts Thursday Talks, a weekly live talk show. I&#8217;m really looking forward to my conversation with Jillian about tapping and some other really cool techniques and tips to help with anxiety &amp; depression.</p><p>Listen in…</p><p><strong>IN THIS EPISODE:</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;And that&#8217;s basically saying that there are meridian systems running through our bodies which are energetic highways, so with acupuncture and acupressure, you&#8217;re working on the endpoints of the meridian system to balance your energy and to create flow in your body, and it helps and heals. (4:10)</p><p>• &nbsp;When you do tap, typically what you do is before you start, you kinda rate yourself on a scale of one to 10 to say the stress that you&#8217;re feeling. You&#8217;re feeling a little stress, maybe something that&#8217;s going on at work, so you&#8217;re going to rate your stress on the scale of one to 10, like, Oh, I feel like I&#8217;m not a nine right now, you&#8217;re going to do a round of tapping, and at the end of it, you&#8217;re going to rate yourself again, and that&#8217;s the real quick way to see if you went down a number. (6:18)</p><p>• &nbsp; You don&#8217;t even have to know anything about it, to be honest. You could literally just learn the Nine Point, super easy to learn. Like I said, I have a YouTube channel you could even see this on, there&#8217;s an intro to tapping video on there. My YouTube channel is Jillian Laudano. But you don&#8217;t even need to know the back story. You don&#8217;t need to know the history. All you need to do is tap on the points, it&#8217;s so easy and instant, whether you realize it or not, your body starts to calm down. (8:38)</p><p>•  But when you start to become aware, you start to discover that, Hey, I&#8217;m feeling this way, but I can control it, I can go within, and I can utilize tools like this to help bring me back to that connection and to calm me down. Because the world we live in this moment, sometimes we do have a lot of chaos or anxiety or stress coming up and even from childhood trauma and things like that, that we haven&#8217;t really uncovered or revealed or hasn&#8217;t been shown to us just yet, but we&#8217;re having that happen subconsciously, we&#8217;re still having those feelings. (15:47)</p><p>•   I invite everybody listening, if you want to really feel good, try out one of those types of tapping videos on a positive taper, just so motivating and inspiring, and you just feel like you could feel your whole energy shift instantly. And that&#8217;s why it&#8217;s so important for people to know. Because it&#8217;s like sometimes you get stuck in this place. Today I want to share with you something that I&#8217;ve been wanting to talk to you about. It is hard for me sometimes to speak to you because if I&#8217;m not totally in the zone, I&#8217;m not connected. And lately I&#8217;ve been experienced in that. So, now I have that contrast to share with you. I was thinking about my childhood because I&#8217;m doing a couple of things that are helping me go within more, it&#8217;s helping me to see, to become aware of what my story that I tell myself. Maybe it&#8217;s something that you like about yourself. It&#8217;s a great story, or maybe it&#8217;s a story that holds you back. In my case, it has been holding me back, and honestly, I wasn&#8217;t totally aware of what that story was. Today I just want to share a little bit about that with you.</p><p><strong>IN THIS EPISODE:</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;As a child, I just felt always, I don&#8217;t know, that I didn&#8217;t belong, and that I just never felt like a part of the group, and that one made me sad. And so I had some sadness and anger, and even when you look at some of my family pictures, I have this look on my face of just sadness. (2:46)</p><p>• &nbsp;I just wanted toshare that with you because it&#8217;s been on my heart. And I know it&#8217;s kind of serious, but the world we live in today, there&#8217;s a lot of fear, a lot of anxiety, a lot of just hopelessness, and I just want you to know that a lot of us feel that way. And a lot of that can be dealt with. If you go back and you look at maybe what your story is. (4:59)</p><p>• &nbsp;That yearning feeling. So the best way to fix that is to meditate and pray and to go within and tap into that power within us and search your own heart and come back and get connected. And then, where you can bring back that joy, that&#8217;s where you can bring back that oneness, wholeness, and feel inspired. (6:11)</p><p>• &nbsp;What&#8217;s going on? Be in that moment, get inspired, and then go back with in and reconnect, and then keep doing that. So the more that we can just become aware, it&#8217;s just all about awareness and realizing that we&#8217;re just here to have these wonderful human experiences that are filled with all kinds of emotions.
